Hi, I'm Lorraine!

I am a professional Chef and a Registered Nutritionist. I’m a foodie at heart and my passion has always been to create wonderful nourishing food and making it fit my lifestyle. It is my goal to make health and wellness easy and fun! Trying to create a meal prep can be quite overwhelming and even as a professional chef there were times where I struggled to create a plan that will work for me. That’s where my Weekday Meal Prep Starter Pack has been born. I wanted to create a kit that would enable anyone to cut through the guess work and start to implement a plan as soon as you open your box!

I want to make sure that when you start your plan, you have everything that you need to keep going. Sometimes, the journey to a thousand miles starts with the smallest step!

For the last years, I have hired different coaches to help me to get to my fitness goals, but creating a meal plan has been out of their scope of work. As a registered nutritionist, I created an easy plan that anyone can follow. Food is not just fuel. You are not a machine. It needs to be both nourishing and enjoyable and non-restrictive. Having a meal plan to address pre workout, post workout or just fit into your calorie goals for the day would be just amazing.
